General Terms and Sale Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS
Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the individual offer for the supply of products, all payments are 2% -10 days, net 30 days from the date of invoice and on approved credit. Invoice not paid within 40 days, will be deemed delinquent. The delinquent accounts will be placed on hold status and all shipments will be delayed until funds have not been received into our accounts.

PRICING
Prices listed in this catalogue do not include taxes if applied and are subject to change without previous notice, although all efforts will be made to announce any change at least 30 days in advance. Typographical and other mistakes, if any, are subject to correction. All claims of pricing discrepancies must be made within 30 days after the invoice date.

MINIMUM ORDER
The mimimum order value is $250. All Items in this catalog are part of our Stock Program and must be ordered in Standard Package quantity.

FREIGHT
Within the continental US using our choice of carrier the following rules are applied;
- For shipment with a net invoice less than $500 Bibielle will charge $15,00 for shipping costs.
- For shipment with a net invoice of $500 or more no freight costs will be charged.

STOCK PROGRAM AND LEAD TIME
All items in this catalogue are part of our stock program and orders executed in a few days. Stock levels are set according to our historical sales trends. Unexpected sales peaks may occur so that some items may be temporarily unavailable or not available in the full ordered quantities. In this case Bibelle will do its best to ship as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if materials have not yet been processed.

RETURN POLICY
Bibielle Customer Care Department must authorize all returns in written form with a Return Authorization Number valid for 30 days.
Items can be returned in original packaging before 60 days from the reception of the goods. Returns not due to an error of Bibielle will be accepted only with freights prepaid by the customer and will be charged by 20% for inspection and handling.

SHORTAGES
All shortages must be reported in writing to BIBIELLE Customer Service Office within 5 business days after receipt of shipment. We will not be responsible for any claim on shortages after such a period.

LIMITED WARRANTY
THE FOLLOWING WARRANTIES ARE MADE IN PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING, CUSTOM, OR USAGE OF TRADE.
Bibielle warrants that its product shall be free from defect in material and workmanship under normal conditions and at safe operating speeds.
If a product is proved to be defective, then the exclusive remedy and Bibielle sole obligation shall be, at Bibielle’s option, to replace the quantity of the product which is proved to be defective or to refund the purchase price of the quantity of the product which is proved to be defective
Bibielle shall not be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages based upon breach of contract, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory.

SAFETY WARNING
Abrasive products are can be dangerous if used improperly. Please comply with all safety regulations set by ANSI, OSHA or any other. Use Personal Protection covering eyes, face and body, use the correct speed and follow the mounting and operating procedure and instructions, using guards provided with the machine.
