General Terms and Sale Conditions

Minimum order: € 150. Orders with a value less than € 150 (exclusive of VAT) will not be processed. Carriage Paid if delivery is worth more than (see individual offer). Carriage Paid where invoice is charged with part of freight costs in case of shipment of net value lower than (see individual offer). In the case where carrier is chosen by Customer: Ex Works no matter how much invoice amounts to. Mixed product orders (for materials included in the 1036 quick order execution program and for non-stock items) shall be booked and considered as two separate orders, unless otherwise stated by Customer when placing the order. These two separate orders shall be individually subjected to the above-mentioned General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Returns: no return shall be accepted without prior consent of BIBIELLE. All prices mentioned in this catalogue are expressed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders for 1036 program products: delivery will be executed within 36 hours after receipt of purchase order by BIBIELLE. Orders for non-stock items: delivery will be executed within 5 working weeks after receipt of purchase order by BIBIELLE. Mixed Product orders: two separate orders shall be booked (one for 1036 program products and one for non-stock items) and executed as specified above.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
Delivery with a weight lower than 50 kg: dispatch through express carrier chosen by BIBIELLE (e.g. DHL, UPS and similar). Transit time from BIBIELLE’s factory to place of destination: 24/72 hours. Delivery with a weight above 50 kg: dispatch through carrier chosen by BIBIELLE (e.g. BARTOLINI and similar). Transit time from BIBIELLE’s factory to place of destination: 72/96 hours. BIBIELLE reserves the right to use this type of service for all deliveries with a taxable weight over 50 kg according to its weight/volume ratio, even though its actual weight is lower. N.B.: Delivery times could be longer than the ones mentioned above in cases where delivery is to some locations which are particularly far from our distribution centres.
